Frequently Asked Questions
From Homeowners
Do you sell to the public?
Yes. Contractors, landscapers, homeowners, farmers—everyone's welcome through the gate.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver. Call us at (360) 631-0063 for delivery rates and scheduling. We commonly deliver to Arlington, Darrington, Granite Falls, Marysville, Snohomish, and beyond. For large-scale or long-distance delivery—including barge transport for jetty stone—give us a call to discuss your project.
Can I pick up material myself?
Absolutely. We load dump trucks, trailers, and pickups.
Do I need to tarp my load?
Yes—Washington State law requires loads to be properly secured. Don't skip this one.
What’s the difference between 5/8" minus and 1 1/4" minus?
5/8” minus, also referred to as crushed surface top course (CSTC), compacts tightly and is ideal for pathways, patios, and smaller base projects.
1 1/4”minus, also referred to as crushed surface base course (CSBC), is a heavier base material used for driveways, parking areas, and structural applications.
How much does a yard weigh?
It depends on the material, which is why we sell by the ton, not the yard. Call us at (360) 631-0063 and we'll help you work out what you need.
From Contractors
Do you offer Contractor Accounts?
Yes! We offer special pricing and accounts for contractors. A reseller permit is required. To set up an account, complete our credit application—or you’re welcome to pay by credit card. Call us at (360) 631-0063 to get started.
Do your materials meet WSDOT or ASA specifications?
Yes. Most of our products meet WSDOT and/or ASA specifications. Reach out and we'll get you the specific compliance documentation you need.
Do you have LA Abrasion/Degradation test results?
Yes. Testing documentation is available upon request.
